Sparkle & Savor

January 16–18, 2026

Begin the new year celebrating indulgence with a trio of artisan producers showcasing their finest. Bryan Rackley will arrive with a plentiful supply of his Shiny Dimes Oysters from Oyster Bay, FL. Experience the thrill and deliciousness of an authentic raclette tasting from Sophie Delany of One Wicker Cheese Co. in Highlands. To complement the culinary variety, an assortment of sparkling wine from Napa Valley's Paula Kornell Sparkling Wine will be served throughout the weekend, while Saturday morning's Bloody Mary Bar will be hosted by Nat Hendricks of Sister’s Sauce - a savory, handcrafted Bloody Mary mix from right down the road in Georgia.

Southern Spread Masters Kick-Off

March 20–22, 2026

Just in time for Masters season, author Rebecca Lang returns to Half-Mile Farm with her latest book release Pimento Cheese: The Southern Spread. Lang, food writer, cooking instructor, television personality, and a ninth-generation Southerner was born and raised in South Georgia. She is the author of eight cookbooks including Y’all Come OverThe Southern Vegetable Book and Fried Chicken. For this delicious weekend, she'll share her love of entertaining, all things Southern, pimento cheese and the lore and luck behind the Masters food traditions.

Catching Rainbows

April 10–12, 2026

Cast into a Blue Ridge Mountains experience with a guided fly-fishing adventure led by Rob Rooks of The Fish Hawk & Brookings Anglers. Spend the day on pristine rivers, learning the art of fly fishing from a seasoned local expert, then savor the catch in a true Southern-meets-mountain finale. The experience concludes with a special Fish & Grits feature created by Julia Tatum of Delta Grind Grits, celebrating locally milled grains and the flavors of the region.
